By using this site or submitting your information for the weight loss consultation, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”) provided by Padgett Medical Center.

1. Services Offered

We offer an in-person, medically guided weight loss program. You may choose between:

$199 Program Package (normally $229): Includes consultation, diet plan, one-month supply of medication, and four weekly injections$79 Single Visit: Includes one injection, without consultation or program enrollment

All services are provided in person at our Ocala clinic.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to participate. By submitting your information, you confirm it is accurate and you understand the nature of the offer.

3. Communication Consent

By providing your phone number and email, you agree to receive:
